David Houghtaling
Raised in the suburbs of New York's Capital Region and returning to the water of Lake Champlain in the Adirondacks each summer, I am linked to that northern world. However, after coming to Washington, DC in 1974, a greater part of my life has been in the Nation's Capital Region. My daughter was born here, (and has lived most of her life in Northern Virginia} along with her husband, have afforded me 3 grandchildren, too. I enjoy woodworking, plus being in, boating on, or just around the water, and photography. Ask me about any of them!
What could be most important to David's real estate clients in the experience he has helping his clients, buy, sell, invest and manage their properties. He has helped many with marketing and leasing condos, towns and single family homes. And for the past few years he has handled the listing, marketing and sales of more than a couple of dozen parcels of vacant building lots as well.
I have a Masters in Public Administration from the American University in Washington, DC which is also where I earned his Bachelor of Science degree a few years earlier.
Since 2002 I have helped more than 350 families make a move. My commitment doesn't stop when the move is completed. Nearly all of my clients have been "referrals" from families I have worked with. I appreciate greatly the confidence in my service.
